If this happens you are not able to download Firmware&#8217;s thru the UMS Console from the IGEL download Server and you have to download the Firmware by your own.<\/p>\n<p>To fix this open a DOS console and execute &#8220;C:\\Program Files\\IGEL\\RemoteManager\\rmguiserver\\bin\\tomcat5w.exe \/\/ES\/\/IGELRMGUIServer&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Open the JAVA Tab and make sure that the following entry\u00a0exists in the field &#8220;Java Options&#8221;: -Djava.net.useSystemProxies=true<\/p>\n<p>If this entry\u00a0exist and it still doesn&#8217;t work, remove the entry and add the following Options:<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"DE\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\" align=\"LEFT\">-Dhttp.proxyHost=your_Proxyhost<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\" align=\"LEFT\">-Dhttp.proxyPort=your_Proxyport<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\" align=\"LEFT\">If your Proxyserver require an authentication add also:<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\" align=\"LEFT\">-Dhttp.proxyUser=your_UserName<br \/>\n-Dhttp.proxyPassword=your_Password<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\" align=\"LEFT\">This should fix the issue, of course without\u00a0any warranty and test this first!<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\" align=\"LEFT\">Cheers<br \/>\nMichael<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN\"><\/span><span lang=\"DE\"><\/span><span lang=\"DE\"><\/span><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"font-size: 0px; height: 0px; line-height: 0px; margin: 0; padding: 0; clear: both;\"><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hello, sometimes it can happen (UMS Version 4.01.500 or higher) that the UMS Server did not detect the System Proxy for the Universal Firmware Update Feature.
